The Chef & the Menu

Our brasserie offers an inventive cuisine made with simple but premium quality products.

On his menu you will find typical brasserie-style dishes such as hand-peeled shrimp croquettes, Italian-style tartare, Irish rib-eye steak, etc. as well as more elaborate dishes such as glazed caramelised suckling pig, veal chop, light potato purée, cider gravy or semi-cooked tuna, poppy/sesame seeds, celery remoulade.

In addition to the à la carte dishes, there is also a Bib Gourmand set menu at €39
(choice between 2 starters, 2 main dishes, selection of cheeses or dessert of the day) that can be ordered at lunchtime only.
